3'7 REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 10, 1981 APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY OFFICE TRAILER - GURLEY LEEP BUICK, INC. Mr. Leszczynski advised that Gurley Leep Buick was requesting permission to erect a temporary office trailer on its lot at the northwest corner of.Lafayette and Wayne, from approximately September 1, 1981, to March 31, 1982. Mr. Leszczynski stated that the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting and the Building Department had reviewed the request and had no objection to the location of the temporary trailer, provided the trailer was built in accordance with the city's building code for structures of that type. Upon:a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the temporary office trailer was approved. APPROVAL OF BLOCK PARTIES Mr. Ralph J. Wadzinski, Manager of the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, recommended approval of the followingblock party requests subject to the stipulations and conditions set forth: (� Stanfield Street between Corby and Howard Streets �- on August 22, 1981. Subject to maintaining a 12- (29 foot clear and unobstructed lane at either curb or down center of the street. �( Clearview from Redbud to dead-end or Clearview from Cedarwood to Washington on August 30, 1981, from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Subject to maintain- ing a 12-foot clear and unobstructed lane at either curb or down center of the street. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above block parties were approved. APPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS A request from the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office was received for permission to have city environmental crews clean the following lots within the city: 2616 W.
