41 <br />REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 31, 1983 <br />was determined that the bid would <br />be read subject to the City Attorney's <br />Office rendering a decision on the <br />validity of the notarization of the <br />Non -Collusion Affidavit. A <br />Certified Check in the amount of <br />$4,630.00 was also submitted.. <br />Note: It was the decision of the <br />City Attorney's office that the <br />Non -Collusion Affidavit was <br />notarized was sufficient and <br />acceptable. <br />TOTAL AMOUNT OF BID:$92,591.00 <br />COMPUTER SPECIALISTS Bid was signed by Bruno Eidietis, <br />DIV. OF AUDIO SPECIALISTS President, Non -Collusion Affidavit <br />401 North Michigan was in order and a Certified Check <br />South Bend, Indiana in the amount of $4,000.00 was <br />submitted. <br />TOTAL AMOUNT OF BID: $71,320.00 <br />BURROUGHS CORPORATION Bid was signed by Kenneth J. Yoder, <br />1335 Mishawaka Avenue Non -Collusion Affidavit was in <br />South Bend, Indiana 46615 order and a 5% Bid Bond was <br />submitted. <br />TOTAL AMOUNT OF BID: $160,927.72 <br />OPENING AND. -AWARD OF BIDS - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed <br />bids for the sale of approximately fourteen (14) abandoned <br />vehicles, twelve (12) of which were valued at over One <br />Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and all of which have been stored <br />at the Hurwich Impoundment Lot, 1610 Circle Avenue, South <br />Bend, Indiana. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of <br />Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News <br />which were found to be sufficient.
