3'7 5 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 19, 1983 <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. <br />Hill and carried, the following five (5) handicapped <br />parking permits were approved and referred to the <br />Deputy Controller's Office for issuance: <br />Helen E. Kasten, 515 E. Monroe,.Apt. 820, S.B. <br />Vera Hawn, 1521 Lincolnway East,Mish. <br />Steve A. Nemeth, 125 E. David, S.B. <br />William A. Ball, 8.31 S. 35th, S.B. <br />Jennifer J. Peterson, 3614 Curtiss, S.B. <br />APPROVE RELEASE OF CONTRACTOR'S BONDS <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E.`, Engineering Department, recom- <br />mended that the Contractor's Bonds for the following be <br />released effective September 19, 1983:- <br />1. Rock R. Geans, Inc. <br />2. Laidig Moser Construction, Inc. <br />Upon a motion made by.Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill <br />and carried, the above Contractor's Bonds were released. <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report submitted to the Board indicates a total of <br />twelve (12) outages for the period August 26, 1983 through <br />September 9, 1983. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS <br />A list containing a total of seventy-three (73) lots ordered <br />cleaned by the Director of the Department of Code Enforce- <br />ment was submitted. It was noted that the property owners <br />had been advised to clean-up the lots and had failed to <br />do so. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded <br />by Mr. Kernan and carried, the report was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller Sherrie L. Petz submitted Claim <br />Docket No. 18583 through Claim Docket No. 18875 and recom- <br />mended approval for payment. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the report <br />was filed and the claims approved. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, <br />upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. <br />Leszczynski and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:05 a.m. <br />AT EST: <br />San ra M. �Parmerlee, Clerk <br />
