REGULAR MEETING JULY 18, 1983 301 1 I 1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the intersection of Olive and Sample Street with the Conrail and Grand Trunk and Western Railroad tracks no longer exists therefore eliminating the need for railroad warning devices. The respective railroads are hereby granted permission to remove said warning and protective devices. ADOPTED THIS 18th day of July, 1983. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS .s/ John E. Leszczynski s/ Richard L. Parmerlee, Clerk APPROVAL OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT - LOGAN STREET IMPROVEMENTS (CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND COfiE ASSOCIATES, INC.), Mr. Leszczynski advised that this supplemental agreement with Cole Associates, Inc, provides for right-of-way services as they relate to the Logan Street Improvements. The total cost for this service is not to exceed $41,082.00. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above Supplemental Agreement was approved and executed. APPROVAL OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT - LOGA14 STREET IMPROVEMENTS - CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND MISHAWAKA Mr. Leszczynski advised that this supplemental agreement is between the City of South Bend and the City of Mishawaka for the right-of-way services as they relate to the Logan Street Improvements. The agreement indicates that Federal Aid Urban Funds to fund seventy-five percent (75%) of all - costs including rights -of -way costs will be utilized and the City of South Bend and the City of Mishawaka will each provide matching funds of twelve and one-half per cent (12 1/2%). Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried,;the above Supplemental Agreement was approved and executed. APPROVE CONTRACTURAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN ST. JOSEPH COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WELFARE & YOUTH SERVICES BUREAU, CITY OF SOUTH BEND Ms. Bonnie C. Strycker, Director, Youth Services Bureau, presented to the Board for their approval a Contractual Agreement between the St. Joseph County Department of Public Welfare and Youth Services Bureau to provide an Adolescent/Family Crisis Intervention Program. Youth Services Bureau agrees to provide a total of 346 hours of counseling to adolescents and their families and the Department of Public Welfare agrees to 'reimburse the Youth Services Bureau for services at a rate of $15 per hour for a total of 346 hours at a maximum amount of $5,190. The effective date of the contract is July 1, 1983 and remains in effect until such time as the hours and amount have been utilized. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the above Agreement was approved and executed.
