REGULAR MEETING <br />JULY 18, 1983 <br />301 <br />1 <br />I <br />1 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public <br />Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the <br />intersection of Olive and Sample Street with the <br />Conrail and Grand Trunk and Western Railroad <br />tracks no longer exists therefore eliminating <br />the need for railroad warning devices. Parmerlee, Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT - LOGAN STREET <br />IMPROVEMENTS (CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND COfiE ASSOCIATES, INC.), <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that this supplemental agreement <br />with Cole Associates, Inc, provides for right-of-way <br />services as they relate to the Logan Street Improvements. <br />The total cost for this service is not to exceed $41,082.00. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill <br />and carried, the above Supplemental Agreement was approved <br />and executed. <br />APPROVAL OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT - LOGA14 STREET <br />IMPROVEMENTS - CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND MISHAWAKA <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that this supplemental agreement <br />is between the City of South Bend and the City of Mishawaka <br />for the right-of-way services as they relate to the Logan <br />Street Improvements. The agreement indicates that Federal <br />Aid Urban Funds to fund seventy-five percent (75%) of all - <br />costs including rights -of -way costs will be utilized and <br />the City of South Bend and the City of Mishawaka will each <br />provide matching funds of twelve and one-half per cent <br />(12 1/2%). Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded <br />by Mr. Hill and carried,;the above Supplemental Agreement was <br />approved and executed. <br />APPROVE CONTRACTURAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN ST. JOSEPH <br />COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WELFARE & YOUTH SERVICES <br />BUREAU, CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />Ms. Bonnie C. Strycker, Director, Youth Services Bureau, <br />presented to the Board for their approval a Contractual <br />Agreement between the St. Joseph County Department of <br />Public Welfare and Youth Services Bureau to provide an <br />Adolescent/Family Crisis Intervention Program. Youth <br />Services Bureau agrees to provide a total of 346 hours <br />of counseling to adolescents and their families and the <br />Department of Public Welfare agrees to 'reimburse the <br />Youth Services Bureau for services at a rate of $15 <br />per hour for a total of 346 hours at a maximum amount <br />of $5,190. The effective date of the contract is July <br />1, 1983 and remains in effect until such time as the <br />hours and amount have been utilized. Upon a motion made <br />by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, <br />the above Agreement was approved and executed. <br />
