REGULAR MEETING JUNE 20, 1983 265 The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:36 a.m. on Monday, June 20, 1983, by Joseph E. Kernan, with Mr. Kernan and Mr. Richard L. Hill present. Board President John E. Leszczynski was not in.attendance. Also present was Assistant City Attorney Carolyn V. Pf_otenhauer. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGAPPROVED Upon a motion made by Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the minutes of the June 13, 1983, regular meeting of the Board were approved. OPENING AND AWARD OF BIDS - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the sale of approximately nineteen (19) abandoned vehicles, ten (10) of which were valued at over One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and all of which have been stored at the Hurwich Impoundment Lot, 1610 Circle Avenue. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient.
