Kelzenberg, Executive Director, Michiana Area CETA <br />Consortium, for review and recommendation. <br />APPROVE CONTRACT WITH MIDWEST COLLECTION SERVICE, <br />INC. (AMBULANCE COLLECTIONS) <br />Assistant Chief Rick Switalski of the South Bend Fire Depart- <br />ment advised the Board that a contract with the Midwest <br />Collection Service, Inc., Suite 502, Hazlitt Building, 120 <br />West LaSalle Avenue, South Bend, Indiana was being submitted <br />to them for approval. The contract provides for the collection <br />of past due ambulance service accounts. On accounts which are <br />past -due for a'period ofless than six (6) months, the City <br />shall allow Midwest to retain forty per cent (40%) of all <br />money recovered.
