REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 23, 1983 <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report submitted to the Board indicated a total of ten (10) <br />outages for the period April 24, 1983 to May 12, 1983. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the report was filed. <br />FILING OF':ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS <br />A list containing twenty-four (24) lots ordered cleaned by the <br />Director of the Department of Code Enforcement was submitted. <br />It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean-up <br />the lots and had failed to do so. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the environ- <br />mental list was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Elroy J. Kelzenberg, Director of the Michiana Area CETA <br />Consortium submitted reports indicating purchase orders <br />totalling one hundred thirty-four (134) and recommended <br />approval of payment. Chief Deputy Controller Sherrie L. <br />Petz submitted Claim Docket No. 9789 to Docket No. 10.140 <br />and recommended approval. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the reports were filed and <br />the claims approved. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the meeting was adjourned at 9:50 a.m. <br />9 <br />CpJon E.
