<br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATION - OPEN AIR STAND
<br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that favorable recommendations were
<br />received from the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, Department
<br />of Code Enforcement and the Fire Department. The Goodwill
<br />will conduct a ''flea market" on the following dates:
<br />April 23, 1983, May 21, 1983, June 18, 1983, July 23, 1983,
<br />August 20, 1983, September 17, 1983 and October 22, 1983.
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the above application was approved and referred
<br />to the Deputy Controller's office for issuance.
<br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill
<br />and carried, the following ten (10) handicapped parking
<br />permits were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's
<br />office for issuance:

<br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT
<br />The report submitted to the Board indicated a total of
<br />twenty-five (25) outages for the period March 18, 1983 to
<br />April 8, 1983. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski,
<br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed.
<br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS
<br />A list containing forty-three (43) lots ordered cleaned by
<br />the Director of the Neighborhood Code Enforcement was
<br />submitted. It was noted that property owners had been
<br />advised to clean-up the lots and had failed to do so.
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr.
<br />Hill and carried, the environmental list was filed.

<br />by Mr. Hill and carried,
<br />approved.

<br />There being no further business to come before the Board,
<br />upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill
<br />and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 9:55 a.m.
