Morrison, 3117 Robinhood, S.B. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS <br />A list containing fifty-one (51) lots ordered cleaned by the <br />Director of the Department of Code Enforcement was submitted. <br />It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean-up <br />the lots and had failed to do so. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the environmental <br />list was filed. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Tonn & Blank, Inc., <br />Park Building, Inc., City Ready Mix, Inc. and Tonn & Blank Credit <br />Corporation, 126 East Fifth Street, Michigan City, Indiana 46360 <br />was filed. <br />FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY MONTHLY REPORT - MARCH-1983 <br />The Humane Society monthly report for March indicated the following <br />animals handled for the City of South Bend: <br />Dogs handled: <br />230 <br />Cats handled: <br />84 <br />Other animals handled: <br />40 <br />TOTAL: <br />354 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the above report was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Elroy J. Kelzenberg, Director of the Michiana Area CETA <br />Consortium, submitted a report requesting approval of one <br />hundred and thirty-two (132) claims for payment. Chief Deputy <br />Controller Sherrie L. Petz submitted Claim Docket No. 6865 through <br />Claim Docket No. 7284 and recommended approval. Upon a motion <br />made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the <br />reports were filed and the claims approved. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the <br />meeting was adjourned at-.;10:07 a.m. <br />1 <br />
