<br />the above bids were referred to the Director of the Division of
<br />Transportation for review and recommendation.
<br />AWARD BID - BRONSON STREET LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS -
<br />MONROE PARK AREA
<br />In a letter to the Board, Mr. Neil Shanahan, Manager, Bureau of
<br />Public Construction, recommended the Board award the bid of
<br />Hunzikers, Inc., P.O. Box 397, 2344 Yankee Street, Niles, Michigan
<br />49120 in the amount of $36,937.45 for the Monroe Park Phase III
<br />(Landscaping), (83-12) Project. It was noted that bids for this
<br />project were opened at the Board meeting held on April 4, 1983
<br />and the bid of Hunzikers was the only bid submitted. Upon a
<br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried,
<br />the above bid in the amount of $36,937.45 was awarded.
