`19 <br />1 <br />REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 7, 1983 <br />INSTALL NO PARKING PASSENGER LOADING ZONE - W. side <br />of Fellows adjacent to Monroe School and S. of <br />bus zone (S. of driveway to school). <br />REVISE TO NO PARKING - BUS ZONE 8AM-4PM - W. side <br />of Fellows adjacent to James Monroe School. <br />REMOVE NO PARKING - BUS ZONE - E. side of 3100 S. <br />Carroll (11onroe School). <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill <br />and carried, the following Certificates of Insurance were <br />filed: <br />Ideal Consolidated, Inc. <br />806 W. Sample Street <br />South Bend, Indiana 46621 <br />Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. <br />311 W. Madison Street <br />Goshen, Indiana 46526 <br />FILING OF LIST OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS <br />A list containing twenty-five (25) lots ordered cleaned by <br />the Director of the Department of Code Enforcement was <br />submitted. It was noted that property owners had been <br />advised to clean up the lots and had failed to do so. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. <br />Hill and carried, the environmental list was filed. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill <br />and carried, the following (12) handicapped parking permits <br />were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office <br />for issuance: <br />Patricia Stein, 15651 Winding Brook Drive <br />Gertrude Shoemaker, Rm. #109, Fountainview Nursing Home <br />Barbara J. Bonar, 1105 Bennington, Mish. <br />Virginia J. Bonar, 1010 Doyal Ct., Mish. <br />Phillip F. Mumaw, 4802 Skye Ct., S.B. <br />Frances J. Czarnecki, 57359 Alan Rd., S.B. <br />Almeda Knaus, 1511 Liberty #14, Mish. <br />Edward R. Sobieralski, 5121 Cedarwood, S.B. <br />E. Leo Cwiklinski, 2751 Eller Ln., Apt. C, Mish. <br />Shirley VanDolick, 198 E. Cleveland, S.B. <br />Rosella H. Ditsler, 2608 Fernway, S.B. <br />Nellie Parkhouse, 23500 Ardmore Tr., S.B. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Elroy J. Kelzenberg, Director of the Michiana Area CETA <br />Consortium submitted a report indicating forty-five (45) <br />purchase orders from FY 1983 funds. Chief Deputy Controller <br />Sherrie L. Petz submitted Claim Docket No. 2075 through No. <br />2674 and recommended approval. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the reports <br />were filed and the claims approved. <br />
