Following that review, upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the following high bids were awarded: Steve & Gene's Vehicle No. 5 - $10.75 Vehicle No. 10 - 10.75 Total $21.50 Hurwich Iron Co. Vehicle No. 1 - $ 2.00 Vehicle No. 2 - 2.00 Vehicle No. 3 - 15.95 Vehicle No. 4 - 15.95 Vehicle No. 6 - 1.00 Vehicle No. 7 - 15.95 Vehicle No. 9 - 15.95 Total $68.80 Richheim Vehicle No. 8 - $39.01 Total $39.01 Grand Total: $129.31 APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - MONROE/SAMPLE REDEVELOPMENT PHASE II (RIETH-RILEY CONSTRUCTION) Change Order No, l in the amount of an increase of $22,666.04 was submitted by,Rieth-Riley Construction Company for Phase II of the Monroe/Sample Redevelopment Project. Mr. Leszczynski advised that the change order would increase the original contract amount to $262,345.29. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above Change Order No. 1 was approved. APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 (FINAL) AND PROJECT COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT - MONROE/SAMPLE REDEVELOPMENT PHASE I (ZIOLKOWSKI CONSTRUCTION) Mr. Leszczynski advised that Ziolkowski Construction had submitted Change Order No. 2 (final) in the amount of an increase of $32,059.93 on the Monroe/Sample Redevelopment Phase II Project. Also submitted was the Project Completion Affidavit indicating a total construction cost, including the above change order, of $131,032.93. Upon.a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above Change Order No. 2 and Project Completion Affidavit were approved, and the required three-year.Maintenance Bond extending the maintenance agreement to December 13, 1985, was filed.
