Box 97 <br />Halterman, non -collusion <br />Macy, Ind. 46951 <br />"affidavit was in order and <br />a bank money order in the <br />amount of $1,750.00 was submitted. <br />250 bunker pants at $70.00 <br />each <br />(Nomex) <br />Quality Fire Trucks & Equip. <br />Bid was signed by John M. <br />737 E. Murry St. <br />Gerhold, non -collusion affidavit <br />Indianapolis, Ind. 46203 <br />was in order and a 10% bid bond <br />was submitted. <br />250 bunker pants at $72.69 <br />each <br />(Morning Pride Series #2100) <br />Fessco Fire & Safety Equip. <br />Bid was signed by T. W. Spennex, <br />1441 S. llth St. <br />non -collusion affidavit was in <br />Niles, Michigan 49120 <br />order and a certified check in <br />the amount of $2,200.00 was <br />submitted. <br />250 bunker pants at $70.00 each <br />(Morning Pride Model #2100) <br />Indiana Emergency Equipment Bid was signed by Robert H. <br />112 Shadowlawn Dr. Hawk, non -collusion affidavit <br />Noblesville, Ind. 46060 was in order and a l0io bid <br />bond was submitted. <br />250 bunker pants at $77.26 each <br />(Globe Style 27.60NM) <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the above bids were referred to the Fire Department <br />for review and recommendation. <br />OPENING OF BIDS - JANITORIAL SERVICES, INCLUDING PEST <br />CONTROL, AT POLICE STATIONS <br />This was the date set for receiving bids for yearly janitorial <br />services, including pest and rodent control, at the Police <br />Department, 701 W. Sample Street, and.the three police sub- <br />stations located at 1716 S. Michigan, 420 N. Frances, and <br />220 W. Olive. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of <br />notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News <br />which were found to be sufficient. The following bids were <br />opened and publicly read: <br />Absolute Pest & Termite Control Bid was signed by Rocco DiLorenzo, <br />2228 Lincolnway West non -collusion affidavit was in <br />Mishawaka, Ind. 46544 order and a certified check in <br />the amount of $40.00 was submitted. <br />Pest and rodent control - $792.00 <br />Brayleon's Cleaning Service Bid was signed by Brayleon B. <br />215 S. Teri Jennings, non -collusion affidavit <br />South Bend, Ind. 46614 was in order and a credit union <br />check in the amount of $960.00 <br />was submitted. <br />Janitorial services and pest and rodent control - $16,475.00 <br />
