16 REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 25, 1982 McCormick Motors, Inc.. Bid was signed by Bernard B. Bea, Nappanee non -collusion affidavit was in Indiana 46550 order, and a 10% bid bond was submitted. Four 1983 GMC Model J8C042 Chassis less $4,000.00.for trades on four trucks $125,599.00 Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the bid of McCormick Motors, Inc., for five pickup trucks was rejected because the bid proposal form was not signed. Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the bid of William A. Pozzo, Inc., 3001 East 15th Place, Gary, Indiana 46401 was rejected becuse insufficient bid security was submitted. It was noted the amount of the bid bond was for 10% of the unit price; however, the company had submitted a total bid for the four cabs and chassis. MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc.
