Vicsik - Vehicle # 8 $55.00 <br />GRAND TOTAL: $929.75 <br />APPROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS AND ADDENDA <br />The following three (3) Community Development Contracts and two <br />(2) Addenda were presented to the Board for approval: <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />REDEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET <br />This contract provides for planning and management support funds. <br />The total budget of the Redevelopment Administrative Activity <br />shall not exceed $257,000.00 with personnel costs not exceeding <br />$220,000.00. This activity shall commence on January 1, 1985 and <br />shall continue to and include December 31, 1985. <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (CBD) DEVELOPMENT AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS <br />ACTIVITY <br />The targeted goal for the CBD Development and Site Improvements <br />Activity is to complete public improvements and design a <br />comprehensive business retention and attraction program. The <br />total cost of this activity shall not exceed $150,000.00. This <br />activity shall commence on January 1, 1985 and shall continue to <br />and include December 31, 1985. <br />NEIGHBORHOOD CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT REHABILITATION FUND ACTIVITY <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to complete exterior <br />repairs to four (4) rental structures within the Neighborhood <br />Revitalization Area. The total cost of this activity shall not <br />exceed $30,000.00. This activity shall commence on January 1, <br />1985 and shall continue to and include December 31, 1985. <br />
