Vicsik - Vehicle # 8 $55.00 GRAND TOTAL: $929.75 APPROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS AND ADDENDA The following three (3) Community Development Contracts and two (2) Addenda were presented to the Board for approval: DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT REDEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET This contract provides for planning and management support funds. The total budget of the Redevelopment Administrative Activity shall not exceed $257,000.00 with personnel costs not exceeding $220,000.00. This activity shall commence on January 1, 1985 and shall continue to and include December 31, 1985. DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (CBD) DEVELOPMENT AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS ACTIVITY The targeted goal for the CBD Development and Site Improvements Activity is to complete public improvements and design a comprehensive business retention and attraction program. The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $150,000.00. This activity shall commence on January 1, 1985 and shall continue to and include December 31, 1985. NEIGHBORHOOD CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE CODE ENFORCEMENT REHABILITATION FUND ACTIVITY The targeted goal for this activity is to complete exterior repairs to four (4) rental structures within the Neighborhood Revitalization Area. The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $30,000.00. This activity shall commence on January 1, 1985 and shall continue to and include December 31, 1985.
