JOSEPH COUNTY JOB TRAINING PROGRAM (TESTING <br />SERVICES FOR APPLICANTS TO THE SOUTH BEND POLICE DEPARTMENT) <br />Board Attorney Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer submitted to the Board for <br />approval an Addendum to the Agreement for Professional Services - <br />City of South Bend and St. Joseph County Job Training Program for <br />Testing Services For Applicants to the South Bend Police <br />Department, said original Agreement approved and executed by the <br />Board of Public Works on June 25, 1984. This Addendum provides <br />that the City of South Bend shall pay JTP for a minimum of eleven <br />(11) applicant tests per testing session even though fewer <br />applicants may actually appear to be examined. Upon a motion <br />made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the <br />above Addendum was approved. <br />APPROVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT - SALE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY AT 615 <br />SOUTH FELLOWS STREET <br />In accordance with the award of the above referred to property to <br />South Bend Heritage Foundation, 1016 West Washington Avenue, <br />South Bend, Indiana, pursuant to I.C. 36-1-11-1(7), in the amount <br />of $1.00, the Purchase Agreement was being submitted at this time <br />for Board approval. It was noted that the property is being <br />acquired in order to move to that location a house currently <br />located at 601 Lincolnway East, South Bend, Indiana. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the Purchase Agreement was approved and the matter <br />referred to the City Attorney's office for drafting of the <br />appropriate Quit -Claim Deed. <br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 (FINAL) AND PROJECT COMPLETION <br />AFFIDAVITS - <br />1. ETHANOL PLANT CONCRETE SIDEWALK FOR THE ADMINISTRATION <br />BUILDING <br />2. CALVERT STREET PAVING (WEST OF MAPLE ROAD) PROJECT <br />3.
