REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 15, 1984 <br />5_W <br />Mr. Cronk requested that the City tow the vehicles back to.his <br />property and he will store them. In response to his question <br />as to whether or not the City will return the vehicles back <br />to his property, Board Attorney Carolyn Pfotenhauer advised <br />that that question was answered last week,. the answer being no. <br />In response to a question from Mr. James Wensits, Reporter for <br />the South Bend Tribune, Mr. Hill advised that the vehicles <br />were towed under the abandoned vehicle ordinance and state <br />statute, which contain provisions for the towing of vehicles <br />that are inoperable after a required period of time. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Sandra M.
