REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 7, 1984 <br />1 <br />(b) The use of elevated pedestrian walkways. con- <br />necting the garage to nearby retail or <br />office buildings. <br />(c) The designation of free parking spaces for <br />retail shoppers, including the number and <br />location of such spaces. <br />(d) The designation of parking spaces to be <br />leased in bulk to private entities, <br />including the number and location of <br />said spaces.. <br />(e) The feasibility of including first floor <br />retail and/or office space. <br />(f) The feasibility of the inclusion of space <br />for use in conjunction with the River Bend <br />Plaza maintenance operation. <br />SECTION III. The final plans for the parking facility <br />shall be subject to the approval of the Redevelopment Depart- <br />ment Design Review Committee. <br />SECTION IV. Until such time as construction of the <br />parking facility begins, the Board of Public Works may lease <br />the property to an Indiana not -for -profit corporation, pursuant <br />to I.C. 36-1-11-1, for use as a parking lot. <br />SECTION V. The title of the real estate shall revert to <br />the South Bend Redevelopment Commission if construction of <br />the parking facility has not begun within five (5) years <br />from the date of this agreement. <br />SECTION VI.
