Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded <br />by Mr. Hill and carried, the above license applications were <br />approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's office for issuance. <br />APPROVE RELEASE OF CONTRACTOR'S BOND <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E.,.Engineering Department, recommended <br />that the Contractor's Bond for William M. Ferguson be released <br />effective May 7, 1984. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above Contractor's Bond <br />was released. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following eight (8) handicapped parking permit applica- <br />tions were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's office <br />for issuance of permits: <br />Frederick H. Wilson, 61460 Greentree, S.B. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a total <br />of nineteen (19) properties cleaned from April 30, 1984 to May 4, <br />1984 was ,submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Fenner Roofing and <br />Sheet Metal, Inc., P.O. Box 115, Sodus, MI was accepted and filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Elroy J.
