Romanski <br />ADDRESS: 2630 Western Avenue <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELLING: used merchandise <br />NAME: Benners White Elephant Shop <br />BY: Joan Beatty <br />ADDRESS: 2216 Mishawaka Avenue <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELLING: used furniture - odds & ends <br />Mr. Leszczynski further advised that favorable recommendations have <br />been received from the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, Department <br />of Code Enforcement, Police Department and Fire Department on the <br />above applications. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded <br />by Mr. Hill and carried, the above license applications were <br />approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's office for issuance. <br />APPROVE RELEASE OF CONTRACTOR'S BOND <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E.,.Engineering Department, recommended <br />that the Contractor's Bond for William M. Ferguson be released <br />effective May 7, 1984. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above Contractor's Bond <br />was released. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following eight (8) handicapped parking permit applica- <br />tions were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's office <br />for issuance of permits: <br />Frederick H. Ameling, 3713 Eastmont, S.B. <br />Bernard J. Bolka, Jr., 53175 Towhee Ln. <br />Mary Dillon (Jack & Kathy, parents), 1734 Hass, S.B. <br />Genevieve V. Magdalinski, 745 S. 35th <br />Jack A. McKelvey, 1481 Hampshire S.B. <br />Thaddeus A. Nowak, 53836 Olive, S.B. <br />Albert F. Tengelitsch, 2116 S. Wabash, S.B. <br />Violet I. Wilson, 61460 Greentree, S.B. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a total <br />of nineteen (19) properties cleaned from April 30, 1984 to May 4, <br />1984 was ,submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Fenner Roofing and <br />Sheet Metal, Inc., P.O. Box 115, Sodus, MI was accepted and filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Elroy J. Kelzenberg, Executive Director <br />Job Training Program, submitted a list cont; <br />(45) claims and recommended approval. Addi <br />Controller Michael L. Vance submitted Claim <br />through Claim Docket No. 8957 and recommend, <br />motion made by Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr. Le <br />the claims were approved and the above repo: <br />St. Joseph County <br />.fining forty-five <br />Aonally, City <br />Docket No. 8688 <br />�d approval.
