REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 7, 1984 <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - CONCRETE PAVEMENT REPAIRS 1984 PROJECT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Title Sheet for the above <br />referred to project was being presented at this time for <br />execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded <br />by Mr. Hill and carried, the.above Title Sheet was approved <br />and signed. <br />APPROVE ETHNIC FESTIVAL BOOTH APPLICATIONS <br />Mr. Michael L. Vance, City Controller, advised that he has <br />reviewed the ethnic festival booth applications submitted by <br />Ms. Mikki Dobski, Director of Community Affairs, and recommends <br />approval of the following: <br />CRAFT BOOTHS 11 <br />FOOD BOOTHS 19 (one subject to menu modification) <br />DISPLAY BOOTHS 2 <br />Further, Mr. Vance recommended that the food booth application of <br />Ms. Mari Patton,.Berrien Springs, Michigan, be denied due to a <br />duplication of existing booths. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, Mr. Vance's recommendations were accepted and approved. <br />Therefore, the Ethnic Festival Booth applications approved to <br />date are as follows: <br />CRAFT BOOTHS - 34 <br />Faith S. Schultz (Quality Shoppe) <br />Wilson Gerrard (Wilsons Woodcraft) <br />Louise D. Cox <br />John and Christy Wampler (Freedom Herb Farm) <br />Teena Russell (Teele Designs) <br />Cecil P.
