160 <br />REGULAR MEETING APRIL 2, 1984 <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following five (5) traffic control devices were <br />approved <br />REMOVE NO PARKING - 300 Lamonte Terrace, south side. <br />(Seasonal signs). <br />REVISE TO 2 HOUR PARKING 6AM 6PM - 500 N.`Michigan, east' <br />side, north half block. (Seasonal signs). <br />INSTALL STOP SIGN - On Miner at St. Peter. (Uncontrolled <br />off -set cross street). <br />REMOVE 2 HOUR PARKING - 2206 S. Main St. (Business closed). <br />INSTALL STOP SIGN - On Miner at Sunnymide. (Uncontrolled <br />off -set cross street). <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon.a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following eight (8) handicapped parking permit <br />applications were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's <br />office for issuance of permits: <br />Georgia Place, 1840 Thornhill, S.B. <br />Carl F. Krathwohl, 60724 Locust, S.B. <br />Michael Hodowaniec, 24074 Edison Rd., S.B. <br />Enid H. Fisher, 1711 Galway E., S.B. <br />Kenneth R. David, 733 W. Washington, S.B. <br />Jennie Roscoe, 19931 W. Oakdale, S.B. <br />Victor R. Emley, Sr., 1718 Sunnymede, S.B. <br />Theresa Hoppa, 718 S. Carlisle, S.B. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Fredrick C. Kroll, <br />51240 Redwood Road, South Bend, Indiana, was accepted and filed. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of forty-eight (48) properties cleaned from March 26, 1984 <br />to March 30, 1984 was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller Sherrie L. Petz submitted Claim Docket No. <br />6227 through Claim Docket No. 6730 and recommended approval. Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the <br />claims were approved and the report was filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, <br />the meeting adjourned at 10:04 a.m. <br />
