<br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATION - RUBBISH 'AND GARBAGE
<br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Mr. Nathaniel Greer, 1602 Sibley, South
<br />Bend, Indiana has submitted a license application for a Rubbish. and
<br />Garbage license. It was noted that an inspection of the truck to
<br />be used had been conducted by the Solid Waste Bureau and Mr. Greer
<br />was found to be in compliance. Upon'a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski,
<br />seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the above license application
<br />was approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for ■
<br />issuance.
<br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the following one (1) traffic control device was approved:
<br />INSTALL STOP SIGN - On Miner Street at St. Louis.
<br />(Uncontrolled "T" Intersection).
<br />APPROVE EXCAVATION BONDS
<br />Mr. Melvin B. Humphrey and Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak of the Engineering
<br />Department recommended that the following Excavation Bonds be
<br />approved effective March 19, 1984:
<br />1. Creed Excavating Company, Inc.
<br />2. Robert J. Somers
<br />d/b/a Bob Somers Plumbing
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the above Excavation Bonds were approved.
<br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the following fourteen (14) handicapped parking permit
<br />applications were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's
<br />office for issuance of permits:

<br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL 'CLEAN' -UP OF LOTS REPORT
<br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a total
<br />of twenty-nine (29) properties cleaned from March 12, 1984 to March
<br />16, 1984 was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski,
<br />seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the report was filed.
<br />APPROVE CLAIMS
<br />Chief Deputy Controller Sherrie L. Petz submitted Claim Docket No.
<br />4924 through Claim Docket No. 5335 and recommended approval. Upon
<br />a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried,
<br />the claims were approved and the above report was filed.
