<br />Form 95. Upon a motion made by Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr. Vance and

<br />Commerce, South Bend, Indiana 46628 advised that they are declining
<br />to bid at this time.
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried,
<br />the above bids were referred to the Controller's office and Crowe
<br />Chizek and Company, Certified Public Accountants for review and
<br />recommendation.
