<br />REGULAR MEETING
<br />FEBRUARY 27, 1984
<br />APPROVE CONTRACTOR'S BONDS
<br />Mr. Melvin B. Humphrey, Engineering Department, recommended that
<br />the Contractor's Bond for Donald G. Smith be approved effective
<br />February 27, 1984. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski,
<br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above Contractor's Bond
<br />was approved.
<br />APPROVE RELEASE OF CONTRACTOR'S BOND
<br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E., Engineering Department, recommended
<br />that the Contractor's Bond for Dale Bollenbacher be released
<br />effective February 27, 1984. Upon,a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski,
<br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above Contractor's Bond
<br />was released.
<br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATIONS - PUBLIC PARKING FACILITY
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and
<br />carried, the following Public Parking Facility license applications
<br />were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's office for
<br />issuance:
<br />1. The National Bank & Trust Company, Agent
<br />322 South Lafayette Blvd.
<br />South Bend, Indiana
<br />2. The National Bank & Trust Company, Trustee
<br />115 West Franklin Place
<br />South Bend, Indiana
<br />It was noted that the required.Proofs of Insurance as well as the
<br />hours and rates to be charged were attached to the applications.
<br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the following fourteen (14) handicapped parking permit
<br />applications were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's
<br />office for issuance of permits:

<br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a total
<br />of fifty-seven (57) properties cleaned was submitted. Upon a motion
<br />made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the
<br />report was filed..
