<br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr..Leszczynski, seconded
<br />carried, the following twelve (12) handicapped
<br />applications were approved and referred to the
<br />office for issuance of permits:

<br />APPROVE RELEASE OF CONTRACTOR'S BOND
<br />by Mr. Hill and
<br />parking permit
<br />Deputy Controller's
<br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E., Engineering Department, recommended that
<br />the Contractor's Bond for A. Brooks Crofoot be released effective
<br />February 6, 1984. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded
<br />by Mr. Hill and carried, the above Contractor's Bond was released.
<br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT
<br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a total
<br />of thirty-two (32) properties cleaned from January 30, 1984 to
<br />February 3, 1984 was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr.
<br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed.
<br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT
<br />The report submitted.to the Board indicated a total of thirty-six
<br />(36) outages for the period January 16, 1984 to February 3, 1984,
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the report was filed.
<br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the following Certificates of Insurance were accepted
<br />and filed:

<br />and carried, the report was filed and the claims approved.
