<br />APPROVE REQUEST OF ATHLETIC ANNEX TO CONDUCT
<br />"WINTER CELEBRATION RUN FEBRUARY 4, 1984
<br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Mr. Ralph J. Wadzinski, Manager,
<br />Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, has reviewed the request of
<br />Mr. Dean A. Reinke to conduct the above referred to run utilizing
<br />the route submitted with the request, and recommends approval. .
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and
<br />carried, the above request was approved.
<br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and
<br />carried, the following nineteen (19) handicapped parking permit
<br />applications were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's
<br />office for issuance of permits:

<br />APPROVE EXCAVATION BOND
<br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E., Engineering Department, recommended
<br />that the Excavation Bond for R.C. Ferguson d/b/a.Ferguson Michigna,
<br />Inc., be approved, effective January 30, 1984. Upon a motion made
<br />by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the above
<br />Excavation Bond was approved.
<br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT
<br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a total
<br />of seventy-three (73) properties cleaned from January 26, 1984 to
<br />January 27, 1984 was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr.
<br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the report was filed.
<br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and
<br />carried, the following two (2) traffic control devices were approved:
<br />REVISE TO (1) NO PARKING PASSENGER LOADING ZONE - 6 AM - 6 PM,
<br />MON-FRI (ST. JAMES CT. TO ITEM 2.) (2) NO PARKING (40' SPACE
<br />CENTERED ON BUILDING ENTRANCE ON S.E.S. CORNER OF BUILDING). (3)
<br />2 HOUR PARKING 6 AM - 6 PM EXCEPT SUNDAY AND NO PARKING 2 AM TO
<br />6 AM (FROM ITEM 2 TO WILLIAMS). - North side of 300-400 W.
<br />Washington from St. James Ct. to Williams (within the recessed
<br />curb space area).
<br />INSTALL SPEED LIMIT 25 WHEN CHILDREN PRESENT - East side of
<br />Mayflower approximately 250' North and South of Washington Street.
<br />(corresponding county zone will be approximately 500' North of
<br />Washington to 250' South of Washington). Requested by: Holy
<br />Family School, Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, Area Police Agencies.
