<br />INSTALL 2 HR. PARKING 6AM - 6PM, EXCEPT SUNDAY -
<br />100 S. Michigan Street. (Re -Clarification and
<br />Re -installation of 2 hour zone).
<br />INSTALL FLASHER (WARNING BEACON) - Colfax and Walnut.
<br />Flashing warning beacon (Red for Walnut, Amber for
<br />Colfax.) to supplement stop signs placed into
<br />operation on November 2, 1983 @ 11:20 a.m.
<br />REVISE TO TRAFFIC SIGNAL - College and Orange.
<br />(Stop signs on College removed. Traffic signals
<br />placed in operation November 2, 1983 @ 10:51 a.m.).
<br />INSTALL NO PARKING TOW ZONE - At mid -block crosswalk,
<br />both sides of 100 S. Michigan. (Zone extends from
<br />planter island to planter island, including new
<br />mid -block crosswalk. New Construction).
<br />INSTALL NO PARKING TOW ZONE - West side of 100 South
<br />Michigan, midblock at fire hydrant. (A 30 ft. zone,
<br />15 ft. each side of the fire hydrant).
<br />INSTALL PEDESTRIAN SIGNALS - Jefferson and Michigan.
<br />(Pedestrian signals for east -west pedestrian crossing
<br />reopened 100 S. Michigan).
<br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan
<br />and carried, the following twenty-seven (27) handicapped parking
<br />permit applications were approved and referred to the Deputy
<br />Controller's office for issuance of permits:
