Chicago, S.B. <br />Joseph J. McGuire, 2709 Woodmont, S.B. <br />APPROVE EXCAVATION BOND <br />Mr. Melvin B. Humphrey, Engineering Department, recommended that <br />the Excavation Bond of Ron Smith, d/b/a Ron Smith Excavating, <br />be approved retroactive to December 2, 1983. Upon a motion made <br />by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above <br />Excavation Bond was approved. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of forty-two (42) properties cleaned from November 28, 1983 <br />to December 2, 1983 was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller Sherrie L. Petz submitted Claim Docket No. <br />24155 through Claim Docket No. 24717 and recommended approval. Mr. <br />Elroy J. Kelzenberg, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job <br />Training Program, submitted a list containing eighty-five (85) <br />claims and recommended approval. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above reports <br />were filed and the claims approved. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the meeting was adjourned at 10:06 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Sandra M.
