Grosser, Assistant Secretary, Non - Collusion Affidavit was in order and a 5% Bid Bond was submitted. $8,353.97 Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above bids were referred to the Engineering Depart- ment for review and recommendation. OPENING OF BIDS - REPAIR OF ISLAND PARK WALL This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to rpoject. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. APPROVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT - SALE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY AT 533 FELLOWS STREET Mr. Leszczynski advised that, in accordance with the bid awarded on October 10, 1983 for the purchase of the City - owned lot at 533 Fellows Street, in the amount of $300.00, the Purchase Agreement was being submitted at this time for Board approval.
