ME <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 21. 1983 <br />ADDENDUM II <br />NEIGHBORHOOD YOUTH INVOLVEMENT PROGRAM <br />Addendum II provides or the addition of Appendix II which <br />further clarifies budget categories by eliminating non - <br />personnel costs which are to be transferred to the Rent - <br />A -Teen Program. The total cost of the Neighborhood Youth <br />Involvement activity shall not exceed $7,702.00. <br />ADDENDUM I <br />NEIGHBORHOOD YOUTH INVOLVEMENT PROGRAM <br />Addendum I provides for the addition of Appendix II which <br />further clarifies budget categories by the addition of <br />$3,620.00 to. the Other Supplies _line item. The total <br />cost of the Neighborhood Youth Involvement Program <br />Activity shall not exceed $13,620.00. <br />ADDENDUM I <br />NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN-UP CREW ACTIVITY <br />Addendum I provides for the addition of Appendix II which <br />further clarifies budget categories by the transfer of <br />$2,500.00 from the salaries line item to the equipment <br />repair line item. The total cost of The Neighborhood <br />Clean -Up Crew Activity remains the same and shall not <br />exceed $61,000.00. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan <br />and carried, the above addenda were approved and executed. <br />ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 25-1983 -.DISPOSAL OF <br />EQUIPMENT (FIRE DEPARTMENT) <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Fire Chief Timothy J. Brassell has <br />requested permission to declare obsolete two (2) Motorola <br />Telemetry Systems which the Department has not used since 1979. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill <br />and carried, the following Resolution No. 24-1983 was adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-1983 <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of Public <br />Works that the following equipment is no longer needed by <br />the Fire Department of the City of South Bend: <br />TWO (2) MOTOROLA TELEMETRY SYSTEMS <br />WHEREAS, Indiana Code 36-1-11-6 permits the disposal <br />of personal property no longer needed or obsolete. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public <br />Works of the City of South Bend that the above equipment <br />is no longer needed by the City of South Bend. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Fire Department of <br />the City of South Bend be authorized to dispose of said <br />equipment and remove same from the City Inventory. <br />DATED this 21st day of November, 1983. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />s/ John E.
