President, Non - Niles, Michigan 49120 Collusion Affidavit was in order and a Certified Check in the amount of $930.00 was submitted. Bid for. Janitorial Services - $18,600.00 ACME SERVICE CORPORATION Bid was signed by Charles 2106 South Franklin Eder, President, Non -Collusion South Bend, Indiana Affidavit was in order and a 5% Bid Bond was submitted. Bid for Janitorial Services - $23,000.00 PRITCHARD SERVICES, INC. Bid was signed by T.R. Brantley, 523 East McKinley Sales Manager, Non -Collusion Mishawaka, Indiana 46545 Affidavit was in order and a 5% Bid Bond was submitted. Bid for Janitorial Services - $18,720.00. Additionally, bid for pest and rodent control is $65.00 per month. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above bids were referred to the Police Department for review and recommendation. PUBLIC HEARING AND REVOCATION OF PEDDLERS LICENSE - ANTHONY MC LEOD. JUNIOR CAREERS This was the date set for the public hearing on the matter of the revocation of a Peddlers License issued to Mr. Anthony McLeod, 2715 South Michigan Street, South Bend, Indiana, listing his present employer and address as Junior Careers, 4602 East loth Street, Indianapolis, Indiana. Ms. Sherrie L. Petz, Deputy Controller, indicated that the license is requested to be revoked pursuant to Section 4-16(a)(3) of the South Bend Municipal Code. The Clerk advised that Mr. McLeod was notified by Certified Mail ofthe date and time of the public hearing on this matter. Mr. Brian May, Attorney at Law, 311 Lafayette Building, South Bend, Indiana, was present and indicated that he was representing Mr. McLeod in this hearing. Mr. McLeod was present but did not speak. Mr. May indicated that after his client provided him with a copy of the letter sent to him regarding this matter, he reviewed the applicable Section 4-16 of the Municipal Code. He indicated that the letter did not state any specific or wilful violations against Mr. McLeod. Mr. May further advised that Mr. McLeod's plans for remaining in this area are short-term as he is planning on moving to California. Mr. Ron Wintrode,Director, Bureau of Child Labor, 1013 State Office Building, Indianapolis, Indiana, was present and addressed the Board.
