Bid was signed by Richard W. <br />203 East Mishawaka Ave. Johnson, President and Hedi <br />Mishawaka, Indiana Johnson, Secretary, Non - <br />Collusion Affidavit was in <br />order and a 5% Bid Bond was <br />submitted. <br />Bid for Janitorial Services - $18,240.00 <br />NILES JANITOR SERVICE & SUPPLY Bid was signed by Thomas A. <br />1205 llth Street Borzsei,. President, Non - <br />Niles, Michigan 49120 Collusion Affidavit was in <br />order and a Certified Check <br />in the amount of $930.00 <br />was submitted. <br />Bid for. Janitorial Services - $18,600.00 <br />ACME SERVICE CORPORATION Bid was signed by Charles <br />2106 South Franklin Eder, President, Non -Collusion <br />South Bend, Indiana Affidavit was in order and a <br />5% Bid Bond was submitted. <br />Bid for Janitorial Services - $23,000.00 <br />PRITCHARD SERVICES, INC. Bid was signed by T.R. Brantley, <br />523 East McKinley Sales Manager, Non -Collusion <br />Mishawaka, Indiana 46545 Affidavit was in order and a <br />5% Bid Bond was submitted. <br />Bid for Janitorial Services - $18,720.00. Additionally, bid <br />for pest and rodent control is $65.00 per month. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill <br />and carried, the above bids were referred to the Police <br />Department for review and recommendation. <br />PUBLIC HEARING AND REVOCATION OF PEDDLERS LICENSE - <br />ANTHONY MC LEOD. JUNIOR CAREERS <br />This was the date set for the public hearing on the matter <br />of the revocation of a Peddlers License issued to Mr. <br />Anthony McLeod, 2715 South Michigan Street, South Bend, <br />Indiana, listing his present employer and address as <br />Junior Careers, 4602 East loth Street, Indianapolis, <br />Indiana. Ms. Sherrie L. Petz, Deputy Controller, indicated <br />that the license is requested to be revoked pursuant to <br />Section 4-16(a)(3) of the South Bend Municipal Code. The <br />Clerk advised that Mr. McLeod was notified by Certified <br />Mail ofthe date and time of the public hearing on this <br />matter. <br />Mr. Brian May, Attorney at Law, 311 Lafayette Building, <br />South Bend, Indiana, was present and indicated that he was <br />representing Mr. McLeod in this hearing. Mr. McLeod was <br />present but did not speak. Mr. May indicated that after <br />his client provided him with a copy of the letter sent to <br />him regarding this matter, he reviewed the applicable Section <br />4-16 of the Municipal Code. He indicated that the letter <br />did not state any specific or wilful violations against <br />Mr. McLeod. Mr. May further advised that Mr. McLeod's <br />plans for remaining in this area are short-term as he is <br />planning on moving to California. <br />Mr. Ron Wintrode,Director, Bureau of Child Labor, 1013 <br />State Office Building, Indianapolis, Indiana, was present <br />and addressed the Board. Mr. Wintrode stated that his <br />office does not have jurisdiction or control over Peddlers <br />
