REGULAR MEETING <br />AUGUST 5, 1985 <br />REQUEST FOR VERIFICATION THAT CITY OWNED PROPERTY DECLARED <br />OBSOLETE HAS BEEN DISPOSED OF FOR ITS SCRAP VALUE <br />Mr. Vance requested that in the future all City Departments <br />granted permission by the Board to dispose of obsolete equipment <br />no longer needed by the City, file with the Board of Public Works <br />verification that the equipment was disposed of for its scrap <br />value, along with the amount received for said equipment. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:59 a.m. <br />`l <br />ohn E.
