REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 28, 1985 <br />SPERRY CORPORATION <br />3500 DePauw Blvd, Suite 3020 <br />Indianapolis, Indiana 46268 <br />Bid was signed by James Armour, Non -Collusion Affidavit was in <br />order and a 5% Bid Bond was submitted. <br />BID: Yearly <br />CSS Charge <br />5000/80 32 User 0/S $1,440.00 $8,000.0.0 <br />RM Cobol 450 00- 2,500.00 <br />Total $1,890.00 $10,500.00 <br />COMPUTER CONCEPTS & SERVICES, INC. <br />7227 Third Street South, P.O. Box 1082 <br />St. Cloud, MN 55108 <br />Bid was signed by Alaine Aysta, Non -Collusion Affidavit was in <br />order and a 5% Bid Bond was submitted. <br />BID: Governmental Financial System $14,500.00 <br />Governmental Payroll System 7,500.00 <br />Modifications to Financial system to <br />allow multiple entries 5,000.00 <br />Governmental Fixed Asset System 5,000.00 <br />Ms. Pfotenhauer advised that the bid of Interlochen Software <br />System, Inc., Traverse City, Michigan, was not on the proper bid <br />form and no bid security was submitted, therefore, she recommended <br />it be rejected. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded <br />by Ms. Barnard and carried, the bid of Interlochen Software <br />System, Inc. was rejected. <br />Mr. Leszczynski noted that Governmental systems, Inc., Macon, <br />Georgia and Automation Counselors, Inc., Frederick, Maryland, <br />declined to bid. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and <br />carried, the above bids were referred to the City Controller for <br />review and recommendation. <br />OPENING AND AWARD OF BIDS - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES <br />This was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed bids <br />for the sale of approximately twenty (20) abandoned vehicles, <br />fourteen (14) of which are valued at over $100.00 and all of which <br />have been stored at Steve and Gene's Auto & Truck Salvage and <br />Repair, 3109 South Gertrude Street, South Bend, Indiana. The <br />Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend <br />Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be <br />sufficient.
