Wellington, S.B. <br />It was noted that inspections of the trucks to be used had been <br />conducted by the Solid Waste Bureau and all applicants were found <br />to be in compliance. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, the above license <br />applications were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's <br />office for issuance. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMIT <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and <br />carried, the following one (1) handicapped parking permit <br />application was approved and referred to the Deputy Controllerls <br />office for issuance of a permit: <br />Mildred M. Kingsberry, 1615 Fassnacht, S.B. <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT - MARCH <br />The report submitted to the Board indicated a total of two hundred <br />two (202) street light outages reported during the month of <br />March. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. <br />Barnard and carried, the report as submitted was filed. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of forty-five (45) properties cleaned from April 1, 1985 to <br />April 5, 1985 was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and <br />carried, the Certificates of Insurance for Delta Star Electric, <br />Inc. & Delta Star Traffic Inc., 1125 South Walnut Street, South <br />Bend, Indiana and Ideal Consolidated, Inc., 806 West Sample <br />Street, South Bend, Indiana, were accepted and filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Jane Cleaver, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job <br />Training Program submitted a list containing fifty-three (53) <br />claims and recommended approval. Additionally, Deputy City <br />Controller Carol M. Sanders submitted Claim Docket No. 7662 <br />through Claim Docket No. 8348 and recommended approval. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, the <br />claims were approved and the reports as submitted were filed. <br />
