REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 11, 1985 <br />ADDENDUM II <br />NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES OF SOUTH BEND, INC. <br />NHS ACQUISITION/REHABILITATION ACTIVITY <br />Addendum II indicates that Items 16A of the original contract <br />are to be eliminated. <br />ADDENDUM IV <br />SOUTH BEND HERITAGE FOUNDATION <br />SOUTH BEND HERITAGE HOUSING PROGRAMS <br />Addendum IV indicates a change in Appendix I, "Scope of <br />Services". All references to "revolving loan fund" or <br />"revolving loan program" shall be changed to "loan program." <br />Appendix IV shall be replaced with a new Appendix IV. <br />Upon -a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the above Addenda were approved and executed. <br />ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 7-1985 - DISPOSAL OF OBSOLETE FURNITURE <br />(YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU) <br />In a letter to the Board, Bonnie C. Strycker, Youth Service <br />Bureau, requested that the Board approve the disposal of some <br />unuseable office furniture owned by the Youth Service Bureau and <br />requested that the furniture be disposed of by donating it to a <br />not -for -profit organization. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the following <br />Resolution No. 7-1985 was adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7, 1985 <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of Public <br />Works that the following office furniture is no longer <br />needed by the Youth Service Bureau of the City of South <br />Bend: <br />ITEM CITY I.D. # <br />2 Desk Chairs PD 1414, 104583 <br />4 Black Chairs PD1221, PD1233, two with <br />no I.D. numbers <br />2 Typing Chairs C18859, PD1415 <br />3 Swivel Chairs MC1398, two with no <br />I.D. numbers <br />2 Steel Desks No numbers <br />1 Wooden Desk No number <br />1 Green Chair PD1234 <br />WHEREAS, Indiana Code 36-1-11-6 permits the disposal of <br />personal property no longer needed or obsolete. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public <br />Works of the City of South Bend that the above office <br />furniture is no longer needed by the City of South Bend. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Youth Service Bureau <br />of the City of South Bend be authorized to dispose of said <br />office furniture and remove same from the City Inventory. <br />
