REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 16, 1986 <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report submitted to the Board indicated a total of <br />seventy-six (76) street light outages reported during the month <br />of November. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by <br />Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the report as submitted was filed. <br />FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY REPORT - NOVEMBER <br />The Humane Society report for the month of November indicated the <br />following matters handled for the City of South Bend: <br />DOGS HANDLED: 200 <br />CATS HANDLED: 181 <br />OTHER ANIMALS HANDLED: 40 <br />BITE CASES HANDLED: 9 <br />COMPLAINTS HANDLED: 139 <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Vance and <br />carried, the above report as submitted was accepted and filed. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of twenty-nine (29) properties cleaned from December 8, <br />1986 to December 12, 1986, was submitted. Upon a motion made by <br />Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. John W. Ferguson, Executive Director, St. Joseph County .lob <br />Training Program, submitted a list containing one hundred <br />seventeen (117) claims and recommended approval. Additionally, <br />Deputy City Controller Carol M. Sanders submitted Claim Docket <br />No. 17106 through Claim Docket No. 17312 and recommended <br />approval. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mrs. <br />DeClercq and carried, the claims were approved and the reports as <br />submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, uvon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:54 a.m. <br />n E.
