REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 28, 1986 <br />C' <br />�145 <br />APPROVE RELEASE OF CONTRACTOR'S BOND <br />Mr. Melvin Humphrey, Engineering Department, recommended that the <br />Contractor's Bond for James Bernicky be released effective <br />November 21, 1986. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the above Contractor's <br />Bond was released. <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report submitted to the Board indicated a total of one <br />hundred thirty-nine (139) street light outages reported during <br />the month of September. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the report as submitted <br />was filed. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of one hundred eleven (111) properties cleaned from October <br />20, 1986 to October 24, 1986, was submitted. Upon a motion made <br />by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the <br />report as submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Deputy Cit°y"Controller Carol M. Sanders submitted Claim Docket <br />No. 027973 through Claim Docket No. 028633 and recommended <br />approval. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. <br />Leszczynski and carried, the claims were approved and the report <br />filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:49 a <br />ATTEST: <br />Sandra M.
