REMOVAL OF NO PARKING, STANDING OR STOPPING, REVISED <br />TO NO PARKING PASSENGER LOADING ZONE - 500 Blk. S. <br />Eddy, East side 250' north of South St. (Replace <br />all the No Parking, Stopping, Standing with No <br />Parking Passenger Loading Zone). <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of forty-eight (48) properties cleaned from October 6, <br />1986 to October 10, 1986, was submitted. Upon a motion made by <br />Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY REPORT - SEPTEMBER <br />The Humane Society report for the month of September indicated <br />the following matters handled for the City of South Bend: <br />DOGS HANDLED: 222 <br />CATS HANDLED: 312 <br />OTHER ANIMALS HANDLED: 44 % <br />BITE CASES HANDLED: 12 <br />COMPLAINTS HANDLED: 174 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the above report as submitted was accepted and <br />filed. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS CONTINUED <br />As there was a question regarding the number of claims submitted <br />for approval to the Board today, the matter of approving claims <br />was continued until the next meeting of the Board. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />carried, the meeting adjourned <br />ATTEST: <br />1U <br />Sandra M.
