Casteel Construction Corp. - <br />2. Small, Inc. - <br />EXCAVATION BONDS: <br />Approved retroactive to 8/14/86 <br />Approved effective 8/19/86 <br />1. Arco Engineering Const. Corp. - Released effective 8/19/86 <br />2. Elmer E. Boocher - Approved retroactive 8/12/86 <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Barnard, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the above bonds were approved and/or released. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMIT <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard <br />and carried, the following one (1) handicapped parking permit <br />application was approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's <br />office for issuance of a permit: <br />1. Barbara B. Belardinella <br />1968 Denslow Drive <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of one hundred ninety-three (193) properties cleaned from <br />August 11, 1986 to August 15, 1986, was submitted. Upon a motion <br />made by Ms. Barnard, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the <br />report as submitted was filed. <br />FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY REPORT - JULY <br />The Humane Society report for the month <br />following matters handled for the City <br />DOGS HANDLED: 250 <br />CATS HANDLED: 311 <br />OTHER ANIMALS HANDLED: 165 <br />BITE CASES HANDLED: 32 <br />COMPLAINTS HANDLED: 239 <br />of July indicated the <br />of South Bend: <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Ms. Barnard and <br />carried, the above report as submitted was accepted and filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Deputy City Controller Carol M. Sanders submitted Claim Docket <br />No. 018407 through Claim Docket No. 018856 and recommended <br />approval. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Ms. <br />Barnard and carried, the claims were approved and the report <br />filed. <br />
