AND WESTERN <br />AVENUE & 1ST LOT E. OF 1025 WESTERN AVENUE <br />Submitted to the Board were Quit -Claim Deeds received from <br />Walter J. Borkowski transferring to the City the following <br />known as the northeast corner of Walnut and Western Avenue <br />block West Western) and the first lot East of the building <br />located at 1025 W. Western: <br />Mr. <br />lots <br />(1200 <br />Lot Numbered One (1) as shown on the Recorded Plat of the <br />Willits' Sub -division of the South Half (1/2) of Bank Out Lot <br />Numbered Eighty-nine (89) of the State Bank's Second Addition <br />to the Town, now City, of South Bend. Subject to all <br />easements and restrictions of record; and <br />Lot 71 except for Street, Commissioner's Sub of Bank Out Lot <br />85, and 86, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. Subject to <br />all easements and restrictions of record. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard <br />and carried, the Deeds as submitted were accepted <br />APPROVE EASEMENT - ONE MICHIANA SQUARE ASSOCIATES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard <br />and carried, an easement granting One Michiana Square Associates <br />a five foot ( 5' ) by ninety-eight foot ( 98' ) easement for a <br />parking ramp was approved. It was noted that the real estate <br />which is the subject of this Easement is a portion of Michigan <br />Street (public way) that is adjacent to the abutting Lot 7 of <br />River Bend Addition to the City of South Bend. <br />CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 (FINAL <br />REGULAR MEETING JUNE 24, 1986 <br />APPROVE OFFERS TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY - BUREAU OF HOUSING <br />LOCAL HOMESTEADING PROGRAM (824 NORTH ALLEN & 1223 EAST CORBY <br />BOULEVARD) <br />Mr. Ted Leverman, Acting Director, Bureau of Housing, advised <br />that the Bureau is again purchasing vacant two -to -four bedroom <br />houses in need of repair for the Local Homesteading Program with <br />said houses being offered in a lottery in the Fall of this year. <br />These properties, located in the Community Development <br />Neighborhood Revitalization Area, will be awarded to eligible <br />applicants who will agree to rehabilitate and live in them for <br />three (3) years prior to receiving the deed. Therefore, Offers <br />to Purchase the following properties were being submitted today <br />for Board approval: <br />LOCATION: 824 North Allen Street <br />OWNER: Mrs. Goldie Boettcher <br />LISTED AT: $12,500.00 <br />APPRAISED VALUE: $11,900.00 <br />OFFERING PRICE: $11,900.00 <br />LOCATION: 1223 East Corby Blvd. <br />OWNER: Mr. Earl B. Pickett <br />LISTED AT: $17,900.00 <br />APPRAISED VALUE: $15,000.00 <br />OFFERING PRICE: $15,000.00 <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Barnard, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the recommendation to offer the above indicated <br />amounts for the purchase of the properties as listed above was <br />approved and the appropriate Offers to Purchase were executed. <br />OF QUIT -CLAIM DEEDS - N/E CORNER OF <br />CT COMPLETIO <br />AFFIDAVIT - WILLIAM & FRANKLIN SANITARY SEWER RELOCATION PROJECT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that H.
