Parmerlee, Clerk APPROVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT - GOGOL AND ASSOCIATES Submitted to the Board for approval was an Employment Agreement between the City and Gogol and Associates, David Gogol, President, in effect from July 1, 1986 through June 30, 1987, with compensation at the rate of $1,500.00 per month in equal bi-weekly payments. In response to a question from the news media inquiring why this renewal Agreement was being approved at this time, Deputy Mayor Craig Hartzer advised that the Agreement is still required as the City still has to develop and negotiate the loan agreement with
