She further advised <br />that last year one -hundred -nine (109) applications were approved. <br />She stated that this year, due to construction on River Bend <br />Plaza, the festival will take place on Michigan Street between <br />Jefferson and Washington and Washington and Colfax. <br />Additionally, the possibility of using two (2) privately owned <br />vacant lots across from the Marriott Hotel is being <br />investigated. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Barnard, seconded by Mr. Vance and <br />carried, the applications as submitted were approved. <br />FILING OF NEW TAXICAB RATES - AIRPORT LIMO 1/ROSELAND CAB COMPANY <br />Mr. Roger D. Woods, d/b/a Airport Limo 1/Roseland Cab Company, <br />P.O. Box 643, Notre Dame, Indiana, advised the Board that he has <br />relocated his central location from 1410 Viking Drive to 835 West <br />Colfax Street, South Bend, Indiana. Additionally, Mr. Woods <br />provided the following new rates: <br />
