101 1 lJ REGULAR MEETING APRIL 1, 1986 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PARKS GENERAL PARK IMPROVEMENTS ACTIVITY The targeted goal for this activity is to resurface two (2) basketball courts or two (2) tennis courts, based on need, at King Recreation Center. The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $7,000.00 of which no more than $1,050.00 may be spent for architectural and engineering fees. REAL SERVICES, INC. OLDER ADULT CRIME VICTIM PROGRAM ACTIVITY The targeted goal for this activity is to counsel 460 victims. The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $ 9,600.00. CENTER CITY ASSOCIATES, INC. CENTER CITY ASSOCIATES, INC. MATCH The contract indicates that these funds will be used to administer a promotional program through the downtown business association. Center City Associates, Inc. will assist in the marketing and promotion of downtown business activities, operate parking facilities specifically for use by patrons of downtown business and conduct other activities that generate support for the downtown business community, all being for the sole purpose of improving downtown business conditions. The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $ 20,000.00. The $20,000.00 will be released to CCA as they document that they have secured the "matching=' funds. For the purpose of the match, CCA will attempt to raise cash contributions. BUREAU OF HOUSING HOUSING REHABILITATION FUND ACTIVITY The targeted goal for this activity is to assist 90 households in their housing rehabilitation efforts. The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $ 392,104.00. NEIGHBORHOOD CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE MANAGEMENT/INSPECTION ACTIVITY The targeted goal for this activity is to conduct 3,400 inspections. In addition, one (1) rental unit will be rehabilitated under the Receivership Rehabilitation Program and three (3) rental units will be rehabilitated under the Code Enforcement Rehabilitation Project. The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $ 206,000.00. NEIGHBORHOOD CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE DEMOLITION AND CLEARANCE ACTIVITY The targeted goal for this activity is to demolish and clear twenty-four (24) units within the Neighborhood Revitalization Area. The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $40,000.00. It was noted that any monies recouped from property owners for demolition charges shall be returned to the Community Development Fund as program income. NEIGHBORHOOD CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN-UP CREW ACTIVITY The targeted goal for this activity is to clean up 1,300 sites within the Community Development Neighborhood Revitalization Area. The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $85,057.00. LA -FILLMORE NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER, INC. NEIGHBORHOOD The targeted goal for this activity is to be open 240 days for public access to the Center and the services it provides. The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $ 4,500.00.
