9- REGULAR MEETING MARCH 25, 1986 APPROVE TITLE SHEET - KENSINGTON FARMS EAST, SECTION 3 - PART 8 Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Title Sheet for the above referred to project which entails improvements in Kensington Farms, was being presented at this time for execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, the above referred to Title Sheet was approved and signed. APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES Upon a motion made by Ms. Barnard, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the following four (4) traffic control devices were approved: 1. NEW INSTALLATION, NO PARKING LOADING ZONE - Gate 5A - 700 N. Bendix, Bendix Corp., 50 ft. (Requested by Dick Wyatt). 2. REMOVAL OF 2-HR PARKING 6A-6P, REVISED TO NO PARKING - 1716 S. Michigan, South Police Sector, 30 ft. (Visibility from exiting parking lot). 3. NEW INSTALLATION, HANDICAP TOW AWAY ZONE - 1734 Leer. (Anna Waterman has spastic quadriplegia). 4. NEW INSTALLATION, HANDICAP TOW AWAY ZONE - 822 S. Edison. (Melvine Micinski has hydro- cephalus & acoustic neuroma). It was noted that the installation of a handicap sign at 822 South Edison was in response to the request submitted to the Board on February 27, 1986, by Mr. Eugene Micinski and the installation of the handicap sign at 1734 Leer Street was in response to the request submitted to the Board on March 13, 1986, by Carol Jean Waterman of that address. APPROVE RELEASE OF EXCAVATION BOND Mr. Melvin Humphrey, Engineering Department, recommended that the Excavation Bond for Aire Tech be released effective April 19, 1986. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the above referred to Excavation Bond was released. FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a total of seventy-one (71) properties cleaned from March 14, 1986 to March 20, 1986, was submitted. Upon a motion made by Ms. Barnard, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the report as submitted was filed. APPROVE CLAIMS Mr. John W. Ferguson, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job Training Program submitted a list containing one hundred fourteen (114) claims and recommended approval. Additionally, Deputy City Controller Carol M. Sanders submitted Claim Docket No. 005987 through Claim Docket No. 006646 and recommended approval. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, the claims were approved and the reports as submitted were filed.
