NEW INSTALLATION, 30-MINUTE PARKING 12P - 9P <br />3603 Western Avenue. (Requested by Rice's <br />Record Shop). <br />3. REMOVAL OF HANDICAP TOW -AWAY - 1213 N. Olive. (Resident <br />moved). <br />4. NEW INSTALLATION, STOP SIGN - On Cherry Tree at Coquillard <br />Drive. (Uncontrolled "T"). <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard <br />and carried, the following two (2) handicapped parking permit <br />applications were approved and referred to the Deputy <br />Controller's office for issuance of permits: <br />1. Frances E. Czarnecki, 57359 Alan Rd., S.B. <br />2. Mary L. Shirk, 3903 Ardmore Trail, S.B. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and <br />carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Walsh & Kelly, Inc., <br />1700 East Main Street, Griffith, Indiana, 46319 was accepted and <br />filed. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of fifty-two (52) properties cleaned from February 14, 1986 <br />to February 20, 1986 was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. John W. Ferguson, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job <br />Training Program, submitted a list containing ninety-two (92) <br />claims and recommended approval. Additionally, Deputy City <br />Controller Carol M. Sanders submitted Claim Docket No. 003742 <br />through Claim Docket No. 004343 and recommended approval. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, <br />the claims were approved and the reports as submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:58 a.m. <br />ohn E.
