REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 11, 1986 <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. John W. Ferguson, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job <br />Training Program, submitted a list containing seventy-six (76) <br />claims and recommended approval. Additionally, Deputy City <br />Controller Carol M. Sanders submitted Claim Docket No. 002449 <br />through Claim Docket No. 003100 and recommended approval. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, <br />the claims were approved and the reports as submitted were filed. <br />FAREWELL TO BOARD ATTORNEY CAROLYN V. PFOTENHAUER AND <br />ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW BOARD ATTORNEY THOMAS BODNAR <br />Mr. Vance announced that this is the last meeting for Board <br />Attorney Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer as there has been a change in <br />attorney assignments in the City Attorney's Office. Mr. <br />Leszczynski and Board members thanked Ms. Pfotenhauer for all her <br />hard work above and beyond the call of duty over the last several <br />years as Board attorney. It was noted that Thomas Bodnar will <br />take over the duties as the Attorney for the Board of Public <br />Works at the next regular meeting of the Board. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being <br />motion made <br />carried, the <br />ATTEST: <br />no further business to come before <br />by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. <br />meeting adjourned at 10:15 a.m. <br />Sandra M.
