REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 4, 1986 <br />1 <br />1 <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of thirty-six (36) properties cleaned from January 27, 1986 <br />to January 31, 1986 was submitted. Upon a motion made by Ms. <br />Barnard, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard <br />and carried, Certificates of Insurance for Rieth-Riley <br />Construction Company, Inc., P.O. Box 477, Goshen, Indiana and <br />LaFree Excavating, Inc., 11252 West 3rd Street, Osceola, Indiana, <br />were accepted and filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Deputy City Controller Carol M. Sanders submitted Claim Docket <br />No. 1897 through Claim Docket No. 2448 and recommended approval. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Ms. Barnard and <br />carried, the claims were approved and the report filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being <br />motion made <br />carried, the <br />ATTEST: <br />no further business to come before the Board, upon.a <br />by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and <br />meeting adjourned at 10:50 a.m. <br />Sandra M.
