REMOVAL OF OPEN PARKING, REVISED TO NO PARKING <br />400 North St. Louis, West side to first drive <br />South of Cedar, 82'. (Width 30'). <br />8. REMOVAL OF OPEN PARKING, REVISED TO NO PARKING - <br />500 North St. Louis, East & West side to first <br />drive North of Cedar, 118'. (Width 30'). <br />It was noted that the traffic control devices recommending the <br />installation of handicapped tow -away zones are in response to the <br />requests submitted to the Board as follows: <br />NAME LOCATION DATE SUBMITTED <br />Vernel E. Deadmond 1630 North Huey 7/28/87 & 10/13/87 <br />Frieda Herzer 3029 Longley 8/24/87 <br />Tim Ottbridge 609 E. Indiana 7/7/87 <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of sixty-three (63) properties cleaned from October 19, <br />1987 to October 23, 1987, was submitted. Upon a motion made by <br />Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the <br />report as submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />City Controller Michael <br />No. 15685 through Claim <br />approval. Upon a motion <br />Leszczynski and carried, <br />filed. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR: <br />L. Vance submitted Claim Docket <br />Docket No. 16023 and recommended <br />made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. <br />the claims were approved and the report <br />INQUIRY REGARDING SKATEBOARD REPORT <br />In response to a question from the news media regarding the <br />status of a report to the Board regarding skateboards, Mrs. <br />Patricia E. DeClercq, Director, Department of Code Enforcement, <br />advised that her Department is still looking into and stuaying <br />the matter and is continuing to look at possible recommendations <br />to present to the Board. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:04 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Sandra M.
