McIntyre, President. <br />QUOTATION: $10,997.05 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the above Quotations were referred to the Department <br />of Economic Development for review and recommendation. <br />OPENING OF QUOTATIONS - ROOF REPAIR PROJECT - MORRIS CIVIC <br />AUDITORIUM <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that this has been the date set for the <br />opening of sealed Quotations for the repair of a portion of the <br />roof at the Morris Civic Auditorium at 211 North Michigan <br />Street. Washington Avenue <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Quotation was submitted by Mr. Steve Micinski. <br />QUOTATION: $1,637.00 <br />ALL WEATHER EXTERIORS, INC. <br />596661 Bremen Highway <br />Mishawaka, Indiana 46544 <br />Quotation was submitted by Jim Hummer, Manager, Commercial <br />Division. <br />QUOTATION: $2,900.00 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq, <br />and carried, the above Quotations were referred to Mr. Dale <br />Balsbaugh, Manager, Morris Civic Auditorium, for review and <br />recommendation. <br />APPROVE RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATION - HICKORY/LOGAN WIDENING <br />PROJECT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the above referred to Certification <br />certifies to the State that all right-of-way for the north <br />section of this project has been acquired and it is appropriate <br />to proceed with this project at this time.
