NEW INSTALLATION, STOP SIGN 30" - Indiana at Olive, <br />Southwest corner facing West. <br />APPROVE TI' <br />BOULEVARD AT <br />- PARKVIEW PLAZA OFFICE COMPLEX (ST. LOUIS <br />WAYNE STREET) <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Title Sheet for the Parkview <br />Plaza Office Complex consisting of grading, drainage, storm <br />sewer, sanitary sewer and water service plans, is being presented <br />at this time for execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the above <br />referred to Title Sheet was approved and signed. <br />FILING TABLED - HUMANE SOCIETY MONTHLY REPORT FOR SEPTEMBER <br />Mrs. Patricia E. DeClercq, Director, Department of Code <br />Enforcement, made a motion that the Humane Society monthly report <br />for the month of September be tabled at this time. <br />Mrs. DeClercq advised that a new report format which would more <br />clearly reflect the services provided to the City pursuant to the <br />Contract with the Society was submitted to the Humane Society in <br />August. To date, they have not responded. <br />Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion, it carried and the filing of <br />the report as submitted was tabled. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of fifty (50) properties cleaned from October 12, 1987 to <br />October 16, 1987, was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mrs. <br />DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. John W. Ferguson, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job <br />Training Program submitted a list containing eighty-eight (88) <br />claims and recommended approval. Additionally, City Controller <br />Michael L. Vance submitted Claim Docket No. 15150 through Claim <br />Docket No.15349 and recommended approval.
